Are you an experienced administrator? Are you organised? Do you enjoy working as part of a fast-paced team? Do you have a good eye for detail? If so, then why not consider applying to be the next Programmes and Public Sector Administrator?

The Programmes and Public Sector Administrator is a key role providing effective and efficient administrative support to the Programmes team and the Public Sector Manager, which raise funds to enable Tate to carry out its work across the organisation. The Administrator will undertake a wide array of activities from capturing donor information and relationships in the Development Office’s database (Raiser’s Edge), to managing and tracking incoming donations, liaising with teams across Tate and contributing to the preparation of donor reports as well as a number of other administrative tasks that keep everything running smoothly.

You will be someone who has experience of working in an administrative or support role in a fast-paced office environment and be able to demonstrate that you can work with budgets or processing invoiced and expenses. You will be skilled at organising yourself and others and pride yourself in paying close attention to detail in everything that you do.

Successful candidates will have access to a range of benefits, including 25 days annual leave entitlement, rising to 27 days pro rata after 3 years of service; an extra day off for your birthday each year; a cycle to work scheme; opportunities for blended and flexible working; free access to Tate exhibitions and other museums and galleries; Life Assurance; and a ‘Defined Contribution’ pension scheme with generous employer contributions. Successful candidates who are already members of the Civil Service Pension Scheme or have recently left the scheme may be eligible to remain as members of this scheme instead.
