We are proud of the diversity in the game and also within our organisation.  The ECB has a commitment to ensure that those in the game are treated fairly and equally regardless of individual differences such as gender, ethnic origin, religion, age, or disability.

ECB is an equal opportunities employer and welcomes applications from all sectors of the community. The ECB wishes to attract and retain a culturally and socially diverse workforce. The ECB recognises the importance of an active equality and diversity programme which includes staff training and development so that the ECB is able to respond to the needs of the cricket communities in which we deliver the sport. Cricket within local communities sits at the heart of the ECB’s development of the game and as such all ECB staff and volunteers must both understand how to engage with the local community and also reflect the needs of the area.

To encourage workforce diversity the ECB offers a variety of flexible working arrangements.  Furthermore the ECB has offices throughout England and Wales. The ECB’s main office is at Lord’s Cricket Ground in north west London and there are additional offices at Edgbaston Cricket Ground, Old Trafford Cricket Ground and Loughborough University. There are further satellite offices hosted by other cricket or sports organisations across England and Wales. Please be aware that ECB advertises all of its job vacancies on the website www.ecb.co.uk.
